March Roundup
We've been busy in March! We released our new Cycles tool and many more improvements.
Clinic tool
Highlights
Embryology module: view and grade embryos on the web
Letters to patients - more formal communication with patients in the app
Letters to GPs - send PDFs attached to emails to the patient’s GP - for example for prescribing or ordering tests
Integrations
It’s now possible to issue prescriptions to Stork Fertility Service
It’s now possible to issue new requests to The Doctors Laboratory (TDL Pathology)
Miscellaneous clinic tool improvements
Medications now have types, that we use to make 🪄 magic happen in the product. For example, when you add a trigger medication to a trigger, we highlight that on the cycle chart.
Calendar events are color coded based on the type. You can configure these in the Settings.
Calendars can now be broken down by Location, which displays each individual location you’ve got appointments in on a given day. This is useful if you work across multiple physical locations.
It’s now possible to cancel an invoice that’s been sent, rather than just credit it.
We auto-increment invoice numbers, so you don’t need to type them every time.
We added a page to Analytics that shows you the outstanding Consents and what the next step is to complete one.
🐞 Fixed a bug where care team members could see some Tasks they shouldn’t be able to see.
🐞 Fixed a bug where it wasn’t possible to change the primary clinic sometimes.
App 3.11.0
Improved payments
We do a better job of picking the default country, so we can show you the transfer options that work best.
Some countries/banks require more information up-front before initiating a transfer, and we support capturing this now.
If you choose to perform a manual bank transfer, all the information you need is displayed as an easy copy-paste option.
If an invoice line item has a description, tapping the line item shows it in a pop-up in the app.
Embryology
Embryo imagery and grading that is shared with patients can be viewed in the app as a timelapse.
Miscellaneous app improvements
Updated request for notifications. Some patients don’t accept the notifications to begin with, and can’t figure out how to turn them back on. So we prompt again.
Updated the notification bubble on the app so it shows a count of unread notifications.
🐞 Fixed a bug where Tasks would show up at the top in an Action-card, but not in the list below.
🐞 Fixed a bug where tapping a Chat message wouldn’t open the chat correctly.
🐞 Fixed a bug where live chats could disconnect without an alert, which could only be resolved by re-opening the app.
