Document upload improvements
It's always been possible to upload documents via the chat, but we've added a more structured way to do so.
Document uploads
We’ve reworked the Documents tab to include all documents a patient might expect to be collected in one place. Surveys, Consents, and Files are all listed here.
The blue + button at the bottom makes it possible to add an ad-hoc document
You can upload a photo or a file as you might expect.
You can also opt to Scan document → which takes a photograph of a physical piece of paper and processes it into a more flat, easy-to-read document.
Once complete, you’re asked to Tag your uploads, which organises them automatically on the clinic UI.

Request documents with a task
Task templates that target patients now have a “Template type”, where you can choose
We’ve added “Upload request” to the template types.
When chosen, your task will take patients to the upload flow. You can pre-set the Tag that the file is uploaded with - so for example, you can request a photo of their passport and tag it as Identity Document. Self-organising!
