Embryology & Aspiration refresh
Embryo development tracking within the Active Cycle has received an update to better align with how our clinics use it. It's faster, and more tightly integrated into the current cycle.
Highlights
Our embryology view used to be more geared towards viewing information imported from other systems - witnessing, EMR, etc. In our discussions with our community of clinics, we’ve seen demand for better tools to do this directly within wawa fertility OS.
Our egg collections view was similarly basic; it’s also received an upgrade! We’ve renamed them to Aspirations and they’re accessible directly from the Cycle, as well as the Procedures tab.
Table view: it’s easy to type into the table, copy-paste values into other fields, or drag-drop like you would in a spreadsheet. Data entry is a breeze.
One view for grades: pick them out in one go.
Transfer or cryo-store directly from the embryo development view. We’ll pre-fill all the information we can, so you’re not repeating yourself.
Capture embryology notes directly in the view, without having to navigate away/open up a different tab.
When thawing, we’ll copy all the information we can into the new cycle (“consumer cycle”). Everything’s linked; you can always work your way back to the producer cycle.
