October Roundup

We've been busy in October! We added the ability to download partially completed consents, and made many performance improvements.

Clinic tool

Highlights

  • You might have noticed that we’ve been updating buttons all over the place. They’re more accessible, consistent, and predictable. We’ll be rolling out more component updates over the coming months.

  • Added ability to download a partially completed consent form

  • Started capturing more information about live births (gender, location, etc)

  • Bumped the limit for video uploads to 500MB

  • You can now initiate a password reset on behalf of a care team member from the user admin screen

  • Added ability to Archive a message in the chat if a patient hasn’t already seen it - sent something by mistake? Now you can take it back!

  • Show a summary of the content (videos, attachments) shared with patients when you send Medications directly from wawa

  • Rephrased the additional notes on medication to say “Additional instructions to patient” in order to make it clear that these are patient-facing

  • Added “hidden from patient” appointment types - useful for internal tasks, reminders, or appointments in your EMR that you don’t want to show to patients

  • Added optional “Scratchpad” view to the patient overview page - a place to jot down notes about a patient without creating a full note

  • Bloodwork labels:Added ability to print labels for bloodwork for Zebra printers

  • Mark all as read for notifications on the dashboard

  • Removed Blueprint from Cycle creator. All Blueprints are now initiated from the Use Blueprint button

  • Reworded a few things on the Appointment Types page to make it clearer what patients see

  • Updated calendar tooltip to show email, phone number and payment status

  • Started sending confirmation emails to patients when you schedule appointments (and cancel, update them)

  • Started sending emails with the link to the video call 1 hour before it starts

  • Analytics dashboard now shows your top products and services billed for over the last 30-90 days

  • Made it easy to create a new contact directly from the Funder Type settings

  • Optimised the PDF request process for consents so the preview loads more quickly

  • Optimised the PDF generation process so it happens in the background; you don’t need to wait for it to finish before you can continue working

  • Updated semen analysis overview to show Purpose of collection, rather than method

  • We focused a lot on resilience this month - we had a period where Consents/Payments/PDF generation (communications between parts of our app that run on different services) were intermittently delayed or unavailable. We’ve put a lot of work into making sure that doesn’t happen again!

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where sometimes we’d create a task for a consent that was cancelled or voided

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where you couldn’t delete an appointment from the scheduler view

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where quote quantities wouldn’t translate to the invoice correctly when converting a quote to an invoice

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where sometimes medication would not be linked to a cycle

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where the default order for patient appointments was last-updated, not chronologically

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where the event would be duplicated multiple times in the calendar popup when editing, if there were multiple participants

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where Blueprints with lots of surveys would break the layout

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where sometimes the Connect Patient popup would break it’s layout

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where in rare cases, the first page of a Letter would be blank + all content moved to second page

App 3.21.0 → 3.24.0

  • Added attachments to Letters

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where setting up biometric login would sometimes fail

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where the date on semen analysis results would be the date it was shared with a patient, not the date it was recorded.

  • 🐞 Fixed a bug where Consents would sometimes not pre-fill the patient’s previous answers when you requested amendments.
