How do I prevent double bookings?
You can book Phone Calls, Video Calls, and Physical appointments. Phone calls let the patient know when to expect a phonecall, and on which number they'll be called. Video calls allow patients to join from the app, and share a link with others they might want to join. Physical appointments show the address.
