Highlights

Building on our recent release of Improved invoicing and utilisations →, we’re adding support for syncing your invoices with the accounting tool Xero.

• Any invoice created in the wawa platform gets synced into Xero instantly.

• If a contact ID doesn’t exist in Xero already, wawa will create one with the same ID number from wawa fertility.

• On any invoice in wawa, click “View in Xero →” to open the invoice directly.

• On any invoice in Xero, click “Go to wawa platform” at the bottom right to open the invoice in wawa.

• All statuses are kept in sync. Once a patient pays in the app, it will automatically sync to Xero.

Please note: Wawa only syncs newly issued invoices by default. Let us know if you’d like to back-fill existing data, and we’ll support you.
