Task types

• “Standard tasks” are your every day task assigned by colleagues. Others are assigned by our system, when wawa generates tasks for you.

• Tasks for specific workflows are now easier to group - or filter out. In the zone working through Consent Reviews? - just click “Consent - to review” and stay in the context of that task.

• We’ve also added one for Day one report and survey response reviews.

You’re a team player…

So we’ve changed the defaults to better support the way our care teams work.

• We show things that are assigned to you and your teams by default.

• You can always filter by “Directly to me” in order to see things that are specifically for you.

• You can also see things that are assigned to other teams.

• When you complete a task assigned to a team, it gets assigned to you.
