Collecting feedback from your patients should be effortless. We decided we’d take that a step further - it should also be effortless to ask your customers to write a review if they’ve had great care and want to recommend you.
Patients who leave a 7 or below are asked to leave a comment that’s internal only.
Patients who leave an 8 or above are asked to leave a review on a website of your choice.
You choose when to trigger your notifications - 48 hours after an egg collection, 10 days after egg collection, 14 days after cycle start, 24 hours after a cycle ends.
