We're improving the chat UX and adding typing indicators to help you know when a colleague is typing a message.
Highlights
Attach files to a chat from the patient files, or from your computer.
Drop in an instant video call, if the topic is better suited to a video call.
Keep an eye on when a colleague is typing a message, so you don’t accidentally send a message at the same time.
Patients can’t see when you’re typing a message.
