Cycle outcomes

Summary

We’re adding more structure to the way outcomes are captured in wawa.

• All results are added as test results (with valid LOINC codes)

• Test results work bidirectionally: you don’t have to add a result like this from the active cycle page, but any test result linked to a cycle is valid

• Outcomes are visible on the Active Cycle, as well as Past Cycle overview

• You can still leave a comment when you close out a cycle - but this is more useful downstream
