Consent notifications and reminders

Highlights

• Filling out a consent on the phone can be inconvenient, so we’re now sending everyone an email that allows patients to complete the consent document on a desktop computer instead.

• We send these emails for every newly issued consent.

• We send both an email and a push-notification when you click Send Reminder in the Consents page.

• Both patients and partners (if necessary) will get the emails.
