Performance and functionality improvements to patient communications

Highlights

  • Locations: show patient location on the Message overview

  • Highlight messages that do not have a response with a blue dot

  • Further highlight messages that do not have a response for 2 hours with a red dot

  • Standardised information about the patient in the header with info from their profile.

  • Read receipts: see when patients have responded.

  • Clearer names and titles on each message - full names of your colleagues, and if you hover their name, their job title.

  • Performance improvements: the chat list and the conversations themselves load more quickly on both the desktop, and the app.
