April Roundup
We've been busy in April! It's been a month of shipping all the little things that add up to a better user experience.
Foreword
We’ve been working on an overhaul of two areas of the product that need some love. First: invoicing is getting an upgrade (as is pricing - more on that soon) to be based around Utilisation, which should improve the billing workflow. Second: we’re completely rewriting our video calls functionality to allow multiple participants, partner access, and screen-sharing. Keep an eye out for those in May!

Highlights
Improved Calendar with an automatic Room and Location breakdown for events.
Improved Calendar by showing Team assignments on the wawa personal calendars, if that member is a part of a team.
Improved Calendar by optimising the queries, it should load much more quickly!
Improved the sidebar on the patient page. It has been re-arranged to be more intuitive thanks to your feedback. “Laboratory” is now “Records” with individual sections for Diagnostics, Procedures, Ultrasound and Embryology.
Improved Files overview with a folder structure so you can organise your files.
We send emails for all consents now, rather than relying on only the app, so people can choose to complete consents online.
We deployed a new region for our Australian clinics. The entire system and database runs within our AU region.
It’s possible to add a phone number to a location, which patients can see in the app.
We made the patient ID number bigger and easier to read. Thanks for the feedback Rami!
We extended the list of grading options when grading the endometrium in a follicle scan.
Notes/editor: we improved the legibility of Checkboxes - they no longer get crossed out.
Made a change to Stork prescriptions: previously they could only be created by Prescribers. Now they can be drafted and saved by anyone, but only sent to Stork by Prescribers.
Tweaked the Task overview on the dashboard to show All Tasks by default, so none get missed.
Tweaked the Conversations overview to show All Conversations by default, so none get missed.
Renamed some options in the Settings page so they’re clearer to understand.
🐞 Fixed a bug where video calls wouldn’t work on the latest version of Chrome.
🐞 Fixed a bug where images uploaded to a Survey wouldn’t load properly when the Survey was being read.
🐞 Fixed a bug where some embryo transfer reports wouldn’t be accessible once they were created.
🐞 Fixed a bug where embryo transfer reports wouldn’t show you who created them correctly.
🐞 Fixed a bug where semen analysis prep-time wouldn’t be shown correctly.
🐞 Fixed a bug where it wasn’t possible to remove a Stork Prescriber.

App 3.12.0 → 3.14.0
If chat is offline, we show the phone number of that location.
New consent overview, showing the progress of a consent document including who’s outstanding to sign the document.
Added a prompt to Consents to allow patients to email themselves a link to the Consent so they can complete the document on a computer.
Medications without a strict schedule can be imported and show their notes/instructions more prominently.
Medications tagged as Trigger show a countdown prompinently to help patients remember to take it on-time.
Added a better empty-state for the Treatment Overview, giving some hints about the kinds of things you’ll be asked to do to begin treatment.
Improvements to the interface on smaller phones.
We’ve added lots more error-logging so we can be more proactive with user issues.
We’ve made it more obvious to contact wawa when there are problems processing a payment, because clinics can usually not do anything about it if there is a problem.
🐞 Fixed a bug where the patient letter subject wouldn’t be displayed.
🐞 Fixed a bug where some chat conversations would disconnect immediately.
