Enhance patient letters with branded letterheads

Highlights

• It’s now possible to configure a Letterhead and Footer in Settings → Letterheads.
• We’ve also added a new high-resolution logo option to the Organisation Settings page, which will be used here by default.
• You can control text color and logo placement. We tried to keep it pretty simple!
• We’ve updated the app to show the PDF preview, so that you can be confident you and the patient are seeing exactly the same thing.
